    Anger and Violence

Anger is the breaker of spirits and hearts. It can be devastating for children and relationships, and poisonous in a work situation.

My work with anger management groups, men’s groups, and troubled teens has shown me that anger does not have to be something to fear - though it does cause great suffering both for the angry person and for people around him or her.

For those who suffer from the ravages of anger, there is very good news. There are tools that can help to turn the energy of anger into something that helps rather than hurts. These tools are fairly simple, and they can be learned by anyone who has courage and a will to change.
