Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety and the tensions of stress seem to be at nearly epidemic levels in the world today.
Anxiety and stress are mutually supporting conditions. Stress promotes anxiety, and anxiety exaggerates stress. Millions of people are caught in this unfortunate circle and their physical health suffers because of it.
Children suffer from anxiety even more than adults, and it affects their physical health, attitude, ability to cope at school, and ability to learn.

It is not possible to eliminate all of the causes of anxiety or of stress, but it is possible to learn to recognize the early warnings of physical signs and symptoms, and to change the thought patterns and belief structures that keep the circle going.
It is possible to break the cycle of anxiety, stress, and worry - and it is not as difficult as you might expect.
