When you click on the “Let’s Get Started” link in the navigation bar, you will be given three session options - Quick Answer Session, Single Session, or Double Session.

When you click on “Get Started” for any of these sessions you will see a page like the Single Session order page below.

Single Session - What do I get?

• You send your initial question.
• I send an email asking for further details and clarification.
• After you send further information explaining the background of your question or issue, I will reply with a detailed response.
• You reply with your feelings, thoughts and comments.
• I will respond with a short concluding email.

When will I hear back from you?

You will hear back from me in a MAXIMUM of three working days from the time your message arrives (or the response is free). However, generally I will respond within 24 hours.
